As the Product Stewardship Society (PSS) enters its next chapter as an independent organization, founder support plays a defining role in shaping what comes next. PSS is being established from the ground up. We are building the core infrastructure required for the Society to operate with credibility, efficiency, and scale from day one — modern systems, enabling technology, conference and other event planning, and a strong legal and financial foundation.

By standing with PSS at this critical moment, founders help shape a future where the profession is stronger, more connected, and more impactful than ever before. This is a defining moment to build something enduring and consequential — and to be recognized as the visionaries who made it possible.

                             Founders can be individuals or companies. 

As a 501(c)(6) organization, donations to the Product Stewardship Society are not tax deductible as a charitable donation.

Champion 

Donors who exceed $1000 will be named as “Top Donors” on the founders list on the Product Stewardship Society’s website and the highest dollar donor in that group will have an award named after them. In addition, if you attend the society’s next in-person conference, you will be issued a white “Top Donor” ribbon to attach to your name badge. If you wish instead to remain anonymous, that decision will be respected. 

Cultivator 

For a $1000 donation, the donor’s name will appear in large font at the top section of the founders list on the Product Stewardship Society’s website. In addition, if you attend the society’s next in-person conference, you will be issued a gold “Founder” ribbon to attach to your name badge. If you wish instead to remain anonymous, that decision will be respected. 

Sustainer 

For a $500 donation, the donor’s name will appear in the middle section of the founders list on the Product Stewardship Society’s website. In addition, if you attend the society’s next in-person conference, you will be issued a silver “Founder” ribbon to attach to your name badge. If you wish instead to remain anonymous, that decision will be respected. 

Renewer 

For a $100 donation, the donor’s name will appear in the smallest font in the bottom section of the founders list on the Product Stewardship Society’s website. In addition, if you attend the society’s next in-person conference, you will be issued a bronze “Founder” ribbon to attach to your name badge. If you wish instead to remain anonymous, that decision will be respected. 

Friend of PSS 

Donors giving $25, $50, or $75 will be recognized as a Friend of the Product Stewardship Society in an email to our membership.
